📦 Grablly – Shipping & Returns Policy (UK Customers)

🚚 Shipping Information

At Grablly, we aim to deliver your orders quickly and securely.

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays). Orders placed after 3pm will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Times & Costs

• Standard UK Delivery (Royal Mail / Courier): 2–5 business days – £3.99
• Express UK Delivery: 1–2 business days – £6.99
• Free Shipping on all UK orders over £50

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Delays

In the event of delays (e.g. postal strikes, weather), we’ll notify you via email and offer alternative solutions if needed.

🔁 Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your purchase! If you change your mind or something isn’t right, here’s how returns work at Grablly:

✅ Your Right to Cancel (UK Customers)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to cancel and return it for a full refund – no questions asked.

You must notify us in writing (via email) within that time. Once confirmed, you’ll have an additional 14 days to return the items.

📦 Return Conditions

• Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
• All tags/labels must still be attached.
• Certain items may be non-returnable for hygiene reasons (e.g. earrings, cosmetics, personal care), unless faulty.

🛠️ Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery
• We will offer a full refund, replacement, or exchange
• Return shipping will be covered by us

🔁 Return Costs

• For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• For faulty or incorrect items, we will provide a free return label or reimburse return postage.

💳 Refunds

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s) or proof of return.

📩 How to Start a Return

1. Email us at info@grablly.store with your order number and reason for return
2. We’ll confirm eligibility and provide return instructions
3. Package your item securely and return it to the address we provide
4. You’ll receive confirmation once we’ve received your return and processed your refund

❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable unless faulty:

• Personalized or made-to-order products
• Perishable goods
• Hygiene-sensitive items (e.g. cosmetics, intimate wear)
